Following the signing, Mouser will provide customers with the Labforge Bottlenose™ line of high-definition smart cameras for robotics, industrial automation, Internet of Things (IoT) and security applications.

Bottlenose cameras are available in monocular and stereo (binocular) versions, providing a high-performance, comprehensive solution for robotics, industrial automation, and security applications. Stereo cameras are equipped with two image sensors, and both monocular and stereo cameras have hardware synchronization, three-axis gyroscope, accelerometer, and magnetometer. Engineers can connect cameras with GigE V2.1 or serial ports via standard Ethernet.

The cameras are equipped with a 20.5 TOPS processor for HDR, feature point detection and matching, dense parallax and artificial intelligence. Customers will be able to utilize these cameras directly for object detection, segmentation, classification, depth computation and feature tracking. These cameras have no minimum computing requirements on the client side, allowing engineers to read results through a serial port using a simple microcontroller. For advanced applications, results can also be seamlessly read through the GigE V2.1 API with popular frameworks such as MVTec HALCON and ROS.

Bottlenose cameras can provide an ideal solution for applications such as service and distribution robotics, AgTech robotics, manufacturing automation, gait analysis, and food and beverage processing.
